FAQ
~Are there any surfaces you can't clean with your equipment?
Hardwoood. Our machinery is water based and utilzes high pressure. This is not recommended for these surfaces and can cause issues over time.
~How long before I can walk on my carpets after they've been shampooed?
This varies depending on the humidity and airflow. We recommend around 8 hrs for light traffic. Heavier traffic, we recommend waiting until the next day.
~Do I need to move furniture / do anything before you arrive?
We are efficient with our time, so although it's not necessary, it is helpful to have the carpets vacuumed and all small personal items removed from side tables or coffee tables so we can maneuver light furniture around the space more smoothly.
