    This varies depending on services. One and done cleanings are pre-pay since there is no continued service scheduled. Businesses are billed monthly. All other residential cleanings are pay at time of service.

  • ~Is your team trustworthy and will it be the same face every time?

    Yes, all members who join our team are background checked, undergo thorough training, and receive Resilient Premier Cleaning, LLC's Training of Excellence Certification before serving our clients.


    Although you may see a few faces, they are the same rotating faces so you can become familiar with our team.

  • ~How do you communicate when something changes in the schedule?

    You will receive a call or text with your upcoming cleaning day / time. If anything shifts, we reach out immediately to renavigate and get you covered promptly.

    We are available by email, call, or text to ask questions, set appointments, or notify us of any changes on your end. We are here to serve you.

    Yes, we run many promos throughout the year, but our military as well as our churches always get a discount on services, regardless of what package they choose
