So Why Would We Do This for Free?
Because we can't price a house we haven't seen without padding the number. Every company that quotes you over the phone is guessing. Guessing costs money, so they build a cushion into the price to cover the worst case. You pay for that cushion.
When we've stood in your kitchen, we don't need one. That's the entire trick. The walk-through isn't us being generous, it's us being able to quote you honestly.
And because of what happens after. Most people who let us in the door hire us. Most of the ones who hire us call again within a year, usually for something else. Carpets, ducts, tile.
Thirty minutes of a Tuesday is cheap compared to that. We've run this business since 2011 and it's how we've filled it.

Questions
The Things People Ask First
Is the walk-through really free, or is there a catch?
It's free. No fee, no deposit, no card, and you don't have to hire us. You get a written price and you keep it. If you use it to shop us against somebody else, that's your right.
What if you find something bad while you're here?
We tell you that day, in person. Sometimes it's a stain that's set into the fiber and won't come out no matter what anybody charges you. Sometimes it's damage under the tile that needs a different trade entirely. We'll say which it is, and we'll tell you when the job isn't ours to take.
What if my house doesn't need as much as I thought?
Then the price goes down, not up. If a full deep clean is more than your house needs, we'll quote you the smaller job instead. We'd rather have you as a customer for six years than get one big ticket out of you.
Do I qualify?
If you own or rent a home in Lincoln or the surrounding Central Illinois area, yes. You'll need to be there for the walk-through, which takes about twenty minutes. Outside Logan County a small trip charge may apply, and we'll tell you the amount before we come out.
Why is the price a range instead of a set number?
Because a 900 square foot ranch and a five-bedroom with three dogs aren't the same job. Most homes land between $300 and $500 for a deep clean. Yours could come in under that. The walk-through is how you find out for certain.
How soon can you actually get here?
We usually schedule the cleaning 7 to 10 days out. The walk-through itself is normally within a few days of your call.
Do I need to be home while you clean?
No. Most of our regular customers aren't. You need to be there for the walk-through, but after that we work around your schedule and a lot of people just leave us a key.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes, all of it. Equipment, solutions, everything. Our products are EPA-compliant and safe around kids and pets.

FINE PRINT
- The on-site walk-through is free with no obligation to buy. No deposit and no payment details are collected to book one.
- $300 to $500 is the range most residential deep cleans fall into. It is not a quote. Final price depends on square footage, number of bathrooms, condition of the home, pets, and how long it's been since the last deep clean. Some homes come in below this range and some above it.
- Written quotes are flat-rate and honored for 30 days from the walk-through date. The quoted price does not change unless you add work after the quote is issued, and any addition is priced and agreed in writing first.
- Walk-throughs and cleanings are scheduled Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. Closed Saturday and Sunday.
- Serving Lincoln and the surrounding Central Illinois area. A small trip charge may apply for work outside Logan County and will be disclosed before the walk-through is scheduled.
