How long does it take, and when do I get my price?

Do I pay before the work is scheduled?
For your first deep clean, yes. Once you accept your quote, payment is due before it goes on the schedule. Any ongoing service after that is billed at time of service, like normal.
What if my house doesn't need as much as I thought?
Then your price goes down, not up.
What are your hours?
Our office is reachable Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 8am-6pm. Reach out any day and we'll connect with you within business hours. Cleaning crews are out Monday through Friday, so your appointment isn't limited to those three days.
Do I qualify?
Lincoln and the surrounding Central Illinois area. Outside Logan County, a small trip charge may apply, disclosed upfront.
FINE PRINT
- The on-site walk-through is free with no obligation to buy. No deposit and no payment details are collected to book one.
- Written quotes are honored for 30 days from the walk-through date. The quoted price does not change unless you add work after the quote is issued, and any addition is priced and agreed in writing first.
- Office hours are scheduled Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm. Work is done Mon-Friday for the team. Closed Saturday and Sunday.
- Serving Lincoln and the surrounding Central Illinois area. A small trip charge may apply for work outside Logan County and will be disclosed before the walk-through is scheduled.
