Is the walk-through really free?
Yes. No fee, no deposit, no card, no obligation.
When do we get our price, and how does payment work?
Written price and scope within 48 hours of the walk-through. Commercial accounts are invoiced monthly. You're billed at the end of the month for that month's work, no payment due upfront.
Do we have to sign a long contract?
No. One-time jobs stay one-time. Recurring schedules are built around what you want, not a lock-in.
Can you work outside our business hours?
Yes - usually evenings or after hours if during operating hours are not preferred, across first and second shift. Our office is reachable Mon, Wed, Fri, 8am-6pm, but janitorial crews are out Monday through Friday, so service isn't limited to those three days.
Do we qualify?
Offices, retail, churches, clinics, schools, warehouses, and community buildings in Lincoln and the surrounding area. Outside Logan County, a small trip charge may apply, disclosed upfront.
Do you handle more than floors?
Yes. Full janitorial plus carpet shampooing, tile and grout, VCT, concrete, and air ducts.

- The on-site walk-through is free with no obligation to buy. No deposit and no payment details are collected to book one.
- Recurring janitorial is quoted per visit against the schedule you choose. Larger spaces price above this figure.
- Written quotes are honored for 30 days from the walk-through date. The quoted price does not change unless you add work after the quote is issued, and any addition is priced and agreed in writing first.
- Office hours are scheduled Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm. Work is done Mon-Friday for the team. Closed Saturday and Sunday.
- Serving Lincoln and the surrounding Central Illinois area. A small trip charge may apply for work outside Logan County and will be disclosed before the walk-through is scheduled.
